People Survey Results

The Scottish Government People Survey is part of the Civil Service People Survey covering nearly 500,000 civil servants. 98 UK Civil Service organisations took part in the survey in 2017, and it has been running since 2009. The People Survey is conducted annually to obtain views about employees' experience of working in the Scottish Government and its agencies. The Scottish Public Pensions Agency (SPPA) is committed to investing in our people to support them to deliver services to our customers. The results help us to understand what we need to improve to make SPPA a great place to work, and to provide the best service we can for Scotland.
