Information Systems Unit
The IT and Business Support team in the SPPA deal with all aspects of the Agency’s IT requirements and some office services, including the following
- provision of IT services and support across the whole agency
- responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail
- providing scanning services and data storage for the agency
- coordinating changes and improvements to the SPPA Internet
- responsible for managing large IT projects to implement changes
- responsible for ensuring SPPA developed systems are approved to interface with Scottish Government network
