Management Structure
The Agency is split into 3 main areas of business:
- Operations dealing with scheme administration
- Policy dealing with regulatory aspects of the work
- IT and Development mainly dealing with information technology
- Corporate Services dealing with Finance, Personnel and Facilities Management
In addition the business is supported by Finance and Personnel Teams. All report directly to the Chief Executive.
