Circular 2010/3 (pdf 112Kb) issued on 31 March 2010. This circular gives information on the making of the Police Pensions Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2010 (SSI 2010/85)
Circular 2010/2 (pdf 81 Kb) issued on 30 March 2010 confirms that there will be no increase in public service pensions in April 2010.
Police and community Safety Directorate Circular 2/2010 (pdf 69Kb) issued on 8th February 2010. This circular announces the introduction of a new retention scheme, 30++ (Thirty Plus Plus), from 1 April 2010. This will replace the 30+ scheme that will close to new applicants from the 31st March 2010.
