You will find below a list of all circulars recently issued to employers by our Policy department.  These circulars are issued whenever an important issue relating to the administration or Scheme Regulations arise.  Please click on the relevant link to open circulars issued during any given year.

Letter to Employer issued 12 May 2010. This letter informs employers of the situation regarding August Retirement applications

Circular 03/2010 issued 1 April 2010.  The purpose of this circular is to provide the template for electronic data submissions and advise employers about secure data submissions.

Circular 02/2010 issued 23 March 2010.  The purpose of this circular is to advise that there is no Pensions Increase with effect from April 2010

Circular 01/2010 issued 12 March 2010.  The purpose of this circular is to request Annual Return Data for 2009/10 and advise of the intention to move from paper TSS forms to electronic data. Please follow the attached link for Annex A.
