Training
The Training Department of the SPPA procure, award and arrange the delivery of cost effective training and ensure all the training we deliver is run efficiently and cost effectively.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Arrange and deliver an Induction programme to all new staff.
- Responsible for organising and delivering all NHS and STS pension administration training.
- Prepare and maintain training modules, updating them regularly to reflect changes to legislation.
